How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Patience is a virtue, my friend! Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (we promise we’re not just twiddling our thumbs). Once shipped, standard shipping takes about 3-7 business days, while express shipping zooms in at 1-3 business days. So, grab a snack and get ready for your stylish delivery!

Can I return or exchange my items?

Absolutely! We’ve got a 15-day return policy that’s as friendly as a puppy in a park. Just make sure your item is unworn, has tags, and is in its original packaging. If you want to exchange, the fastest way is to return the item and then snag the new one separately. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! That’s a bummer! If your order arrives looking like it had a rough trip, please contact us ASAP. We’ll work our magic to make it right faster than you can say “fashion emergency!”

General Care Instructions

HOODIES & SWEATSHIRTS
- Wash in cold water to prevent shrinkage
- Avoid fabric softeners to maintain absorbency
- Air dry flat to maintain shape
- Iron inside out on low heat if needed

T-SHIRTS
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Avoid high heat drying
- Remove promptly from dryer to prevent wrinkles
- For graphic tees: turn inside out to protect prints

CROP TOPS
- Hand wash recommended for delicate styles
- Lay flat to dry to maintain shape
- Avoid hanging while wet to prevent stretching
